About Us

A La Carte Fine Chocolates, established in 1996, offers an excellent variety of fresh, hand-made chocolates and dry pastries which can be used for individual consumption, gifts, receptions, and special occasions.

We provide the following products and services:

  • Truffles, solid chocolates, and novelty items made with both milk and white Venezuelan chocolate
  • Sugar-free chocolates
  • Special blends and flavored coffees
  • West Virginia jellies and locally produced floral and decorative items
  • Italian-made gift boxes for special occasions such as bridal and baby showers, weddings, and receptions
  • Custom-made gift baskets filled with chocolates, coffees, or jellies
  • Italian gelato (ice cream) (available at our retail outlet only).

Diane Wickland, owner of A La Carte Fine Chocolates, has trained with the following world-renowned chefs:
